Talent Management Officer – (Head Office)

Job Description :

• Manage psychological testing tools and assessment guidelines.
• Administer the competency model, analyze competency definitions, and required behavioral descriptions.
• Organize assessments, prepare reports, and manage the employee profile dashboard based on assessment results.
• Provide assessment feedback to employees and users.
• Conduct HAV mapping and talent review with users.
• Identify competency gaps, provide development recommendations, and collaborate with users to design Individual Development Plans.
• Manage the succession planning and career projection process for Star Talents.
• Administer the promotion process for employees.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (preferred), Human Resource Management, Education, or Industrial Engineering will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Development with exposure to the mining industry is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Talent Management functions with a strong understanding of Competency Assessment processes.
• Proficient in computer applications, PowerPoint, and Excel, with strong data processing skills.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Accounting Officer – (Head Office)

Job Description :

• Input daily GL (General Ledger) journal entries.
• Reconcile GL data and bank statements.
• Organize incoming and outgoing vouchers.

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Honest, detail-oriented, and quick to respond.
• Able to work well both in teams and individually.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Safety Supervisor – (Site BCPM, Sulawesi Tengah)

Job Description :

• Ensured implementation of HSEC Management System in compliance with government regulations and company standards.
• Monitored daily mining operations to align with safety and environmental requirements.
• Conducted regular inspections (safety patrols, safety talks, hazard identification, housekeeping) and reported findings.
• Developed, implemented, and monitored HSE programs (JSA, HIRA, SOPs, emergency response).
• Delivered guidance, awareness programs, and training on HSEC to employees and contractors.
• Supervised proper use of PPE and ensured compliance in the workplace.
• Investigated incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepared reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Managed HSE documentation including high risk work permits (Hot Work, Confined Space, Working at Height).
• Coordinated with government authorities (Labor Office, ESDM, Environment & Forestry) when required.

Requirement :

• Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of work experience (preferably in nickel mining industry).
• Certified in AK3U, POP, and SMKP.
• Knowledge and ability to implement ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001.
• Comprehensive understanding and expertise in legal compliance related to Mining Safety and Environmental Protection.
• Strong knowledge and skills in planning, managing, evaluating, and continuously improving mining safety aspects, in accordance with good mining practices and Mining Safety Management System regulations.
• Have a valid SIM A (driver’s license) and ability to operate vehicles.

MCC Database Foreman – (Site Obi, Maluku Utara)

Job Description :

• Understand mining data processing workflows and data analysis.
• Proficient in database utilization and management.
• Able to prepare reports and production performance dashboards (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Understand the implementation and operation of the Fleet Management System (FMS).
• Capable of conducting gain and loss analysis in operational cost reviews.

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Fresh graduates with mining data processing experience are welcome
• Able to manage mining data workflows, from processing to analysis.
• Capable of structuring and maintaining operational databases.

Job Description :

• Supporting ongoing exploration projects by ensuring implementation of SOPs, validating geological data, and supervising operational activities.
• Preparing regular reports (daily, weekly, and monthly), as well as comprehensive final reports for each project phase.
• Being accountable for the proper use and management of Core Assets (CA) used in exploration activities

Requirement :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in geological exploration projects.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Geological Engineering.
• Highly detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and creative in solving field-related challenges.
• Strong sense of responsibility and professional work ethics.
• Physically and mentally fit to work in a remote environment.
