Quality Control Staff

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in quality control or a similar role in the manufacturing industry, preferably in food or flour production.
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes, testing methods, and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiar with ISO procedure.
  • Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
  • Conduct laboratory testing on flour samples to check for physical, chemical, and microbiological properties.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures and systems.
  • Ensure that all products meet regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Perform regular audits and inspections on production lines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the quality control laboratory and other work areas.

Admin Staff

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles (preferably in manufacturing or production environments).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to be placed in Gunung Sindur, Bogor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and filing.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure stock is available.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external parties.
  • Handle inquiries from customers and suppliers, providing support as necessary.
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Support various administrative tasks as needed by the management team.
