Lowongan Kerja PT Mattel Indonesia

Molding Engineer

• Molding Engineer is a “hands-on” position that plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing equipment and processes to produce high quality injection molded product.
• Responsible for coordinating the molding efforts on new program launches, setting up and/or revising manufacturing processes and assisting the manufacturing operations in problem solving and continuous process improvements.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of processes this individual quantifies results, documents and presents findings to management and prepares reports.
• Mentors and provides training to other injection molding personnel.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical is required. Must have at least 3-5 years of practical work experience in an Injection Molding Operation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Involve in molding FMEA and tolerances application
• Define Mold features, and injection molding machine size.
• Evaluate feedback from production and supplier to initiate corrective and preventive actions (cost breakdown, problem solving, troubleshooting)
• Validate 3D Molds design for layout and mold studies acceptance
• Willing to work in Cikarang-Bekasi

Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile vendor invoices and payments.
• Monitor AP aging and resolve discrepancies with vendors and stakeholders.
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with Procurement, vendors, and business users to improve processes.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance Operations.
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, financial controls, and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop work methods, line layouts, and tooling for rooting, grooming, and final assembly processes.
• Support new product piloting and production ramp-up activities.
• Analyze labor requirements, material yield, and process efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and cost.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of Time Study, MTM, Line Balancing, and Process Flow.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Technical Drawing and AutoCAD.

Packaging Engineer

Job Description

Review the packaging concept for development in manufacturing, with attention to the following aspects:

1. Develop a manufacturable package design and secure a reliable tie-down method.
2. Select materials that meet aesthetic, reliability, and safety requirements.
3. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to manage the project timeline.
4. Ensure a thorough and clear handover process to the manufacturing team.

Qualifications

1. Minimum diploma in Product Design. Background in engineering with design or packaging passion is welcome
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in similar role.
3. Must have basic understanding in color separation, printing process and paper classification.
4. Good analytical & problem-solving skill
5. Proven demonstrated leadership are required.
6. Computer literate
7. Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi

Textile Engineer

Job Description

• Evaluate fabric aesthetics, manufacturability, and suitability for costume applications based on Design Team requirements.
• Recommend fabrics that meet aesthetic, quality, safety, reliability, manufacturability, and cost requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors regarding fabric development and specifications to ensure alignment with project needs.
• Provide technical fabric information and recommendations to the Design Team.
• Review and approve fabrics and trims for production.
• Coordinate fabric-related activities during preliminary, pre-costing, development, and production stages.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and overseas stakeholders.
• Conduct onsite approvals at factories to ensure product quality and production schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Graduated from textile technology or equivalent
• 2 years experience or formal training in textile technology or garment manufacturing
• Familiar with the process of textile manufacturing
• Sensitivity to aesthetic issues of fashion design
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English
• General computer skills – Excel/Word
• Willing to be located in Cikarang.
