Lowongan Kerja PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM

Environment & Security Staff

Qualification :

• Min. D3 / S1 Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or relevant field equivalent
• Min. 1 year experience as Environmental / OHS Staff (Cigarette Industry or Manufacturing Industry)
• Male, with maximum age 27 years old
• Have AK3 General certification from the Ministry of Manpower (a plus)
• Have a good understanding of ISO 14001, experience in SIMPEL and SPEED KLHK reporting (a plus)
• Good Communication and the ability to colaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attach an updated SKCK
• Able to communicate sufficient English

Factory Performance Management Staff

Qualification :

• Min. S1 Business Management / Human Resource Management / Psychology / Industrial Engineering / Accounting / Statistic or related field
• Fresh Graduated or Min. 1 year exp. in FMCG / Tobacco / Business Consultant / Financial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
• Capability to conduct Organizational Assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Attach an updated SKCK
• Able to communicate sufficient English

Factory Business Process Improvement Staff

Qualification :

• Min. S1 Business Management / Human Resource Management / Industrial Engineering or related field
• Min. 1 year exp. in Business Process / Quality Management
• Understand the operation of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio
• Understand the Standard Practice of creating a Coherent Flowchart of Business Process of the Company
• Understand of Risk Management, to be mapping on the Risk Register, and applicate on the Business
• Knowledge of implementation of ISO 9001:2015 running on the business
• Attach an updated SKCK
• Able to communicate sufficient English

Purchasing Compliance Staff

Qualification :

• Min. S1 Economic, Accounting, IT, Law, Management and other relevant majors
• Min. 1 year experience in the same position
• Having experience in SAP will be point plus
• Proficient in Ms Office Especially in Excel
• Work in Detail Oriented
• Attach an updated SKCK
• Able to speak in English both written and verbal

Tobacco Clove Management Operation Staff

Qualification :

• Min. D3 any major
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Skilled in utilizing available tools (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms.Power Point)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Smoking are preferrable
• Attach an updated SKCK
• Proficiency in English: excellent level in both verbal and written

Utility Electrician

Qualification :

• Min. S1 Industrial Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Min. 1 year experience in the same field
• Male, Max. 30 Years old
• Understand and able to read Electricity Drawing
• Understand and able to use Electrical and Mechanical Tools
• Familiar with MS Office, Autocad, PLC or similar Automation Software, and Industrial Electricity
• Attach an updated SKCK
• Spoken and writen english (active)
