Quality Assurance Manager
Job Description :
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) function to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards, including CPOB, СРКВ, CPPKRTB, Fasber, and ISO 9001.
- Serve as the Responsible Pharmacist for Finished Products (IF) and Pharmacovigilance Officer, ensuring fulfillment of all regulatory and pharmacovigilance obligations.
- Oversee the development, implementation, review, and control of SOP, quality policies, and quality documentation.
- Manage quality risks, deviations, CAPA, change control, complaints, and audit readiness for internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Support regulatory submissions and maintain compliance with licensing and SIPA registration requirements.
- Develop and execute quality strategies aligned with business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure effective use of quality systems, documentation tools, and data analysis methods.
- Participate in company CSR initiatives as required.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (apoteker) with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Active SIPA and STRA certificates available for company use
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA manager in pharmaceutical company
- Proven experience in leading QA teams and collaborating cross functionally with Production, QC, R&D, Warehouse, Engineering, and Regulatory departments
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality systems, including CPOB, CPKB, CPPKRTB, Fasber, and ISO 9001
- Willing and capable of serving as the Responsible Pharmacist for Finished Products (IF) and Pharmacovigilance Officer
- Willing to participate in CSR activities, both within and outside the city
- Demonstrates strong strategic thinking with broad professional insight
- Fluent in English
Logistic Assitant Manager
Job Description :
- Receive, inspect, and verify raw materials, primary materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in accordance with approved documents and procedure
- Ensure accurate recording and timely entry of all materials and products into the inventory system
- Oversee storage and warehouse operations to ensure full compliance with CPOB requirements and logistics SOP
- Supervise and coordinate the distribution of finished goods to the designated distribution function
- Ensure all inbound and outbound logistics activities are properly documented and conducted in accordance with applicable procedures
- Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain efficient and compliant logistics operations
- Support logistic manager in monitoring warehouse performance and achieving established logistics targets
- Ensure compliance of all logistics activities with SOP, regulatory requirements, and applicable quality standard
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (apoteker) with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Active SIPA and STRA certificates available for company use
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an logistics assistant manager
- Good understanding of CPOB (Good Manufacturing Practices / GMP)
- Proficient in using Accurate, HashMicro, and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Understands inbound and outbound processes, storage management, and inventory control
- Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills
- Detail oriented, responsible, and able to work with targets and deadlines
- Able to work effectively in a team and across departments
- Fluent in English
PPIC Assistant Manager
Job Description :
- Assist the PPIC manager in developing production plans and schedules based on demand forecasts and available capacity
- Monitor and control raw materials, primary materials, and packaging inventories to ensure optimal stock levels
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support efficient and uninterrupted production operations
- Manage and monitor material purchasing processes in line with production requirements
- Conduct sourcing and evaluation of new raw and packaging material suppliers
- Monitor production performance and analyze variances between planned and actual output
- Prepare periodic PPIC reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for management review
- Support compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (apoteker) with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Active SIPA and STRA certificates available for company use
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an PPIC assistant manager in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical capability in demand forecasting and supply chain planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP/PPIC systems
- Solid knowledge of GMP, СРОВ, BPO regulations, ISO 9001 and Halal requirements.
- Strong planning, problem solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Fluent in English
