PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper (PT TEL) merupakan perusahaan manufaktur pulp kelas dunia yang dikenal atas komitmennya terhadap kualitas produk dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Operator Level

ELECTRICAL OPERATOR

  • Min. Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Electrical Engineering
  • Min. 3 years working experiences in Pulp and Paper Industry
  • Having basic knowledge about Electrical system protection, Variable Frequency Drive & Motor Starter
  • Able to cooperate cross departments & support others

DCS/PLC OPERATOR

  • Min. Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation/ Mechatronics/ MIPA Physics
  • Mastering the PLC Programming/Modification Process, Electronic Equipment and Instruments
  • Experience with DCS Centum VP Yokogawa and/or PLC Schneider
  • Ability to team work, good communication cross deparments

HEAVY VEHICLE MECHANIC

  • Min. Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Mechanical Engineering
  • Able to operate heavy equipment (preffered)

  • Well knowledge about Wet End, Drying, Cutter Layboy, & Balling Line operation

  • Min. 5 years maintenance experience in conveyor, wood chippers, Chip Handling & Wood Yard area
  • Min. 2 years experience as Leader / Supervisior
  • Skilled in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement techniques for rotating and static equipment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work across departments and with vendors.

COOKING BLEACHING UNIT HEAD

  • Min. Associate Degree (D3) from Chemical Engineering
  • Min. 5 years working experience in the Cooking area, understand about continuous cooking, & hydraulic digester
  • Min. 2 years experience supervising or leading a team in a process or production environment
  • Strong supervisory skills with experience managing and motivating operational teams.
  • Capable of coordinating maintenance and operational activities to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Good communication skills for effective coordination with production, maintenance, and quality control teams.

NON-FIBER RESEARCH UNIT HEAD

  • Min. Associate Degree (D3) in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry
  • Min. 7 years working experiences in Pulp and Paper Industry, especially in research and development – focused on non-fiber materials or additives
  • Capable of developing research strategies aligned with business goals and innovation targets.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-departments
  • Having high integrity

CHIP & WOOD HANDLING UNIT HEAD

  • Min. Associate Degree (D3) from Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
  • Min. 8 years experience in Wood Chip Mill Factory
  • Able to operate SAP module Chip and Wood Operation
  • Strong supervisory and team leadership skills with experience managing operators and maintenance crews.
  • Capable of leading a team to produce good quality chips, achieve production targets and optimize existing raw materials to suit the conditions of each machine so that losses do not get worse.
  • Able to analyze problems, create reports, and graphs using Ms. Office
  • Having good knowledge of safety manner and hard willing to apply safety regulation and guidance to make sure all process does by safety first

Section Head Level

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SECTION HEAD

  • Min. Associate Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Min. 8 years maintenance experience in Power Plant, Recovery Boiler, Recaust and Lime Kiln areas
  • Min. 4 years experience as Supervisor or;
  • Min. 2 years experience as Section Head / Superintendent
  • Understanding of mechanical failure analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and reliability engineering
  • Strong team leadership, decision-making, and people management abilities.
  • Effective communication, able to coordinate cross-functional teams, documentation skills

RECOVERY PLANT SECTION HEAD

  • Min. Associate Degree (D3) in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Min. 8 years experience di Recovery Plant & Boiler Process
  • Min. 4 years experience as Supervisor or;
  • Min. 2 years experience as Section Head / Superintendent
  • Understanding of recovery boiler operation, ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator), evaporator, green liquor / white liquor cycle, and chemical recovery processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills; able to lead a multidisciplinary shift team
  • Proactive in identifying operational risks and driving performance improvement
  • Good communication and coordination skills across departments
